447 MINNA 2ND + 3RD FLOOR TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Streamline Drywall partnered on the renovation of the historic Dempster Building at 447 Minna Street, just a block and a half south of the Powell Street BART station. This project focused on transforming the building into affordable workspace for arts and culture groups, ranging from youth arts and music education to local Filipino arts and community-based organizations.

  • Interior Light Gauge Metal Stud Framing: Installed high-quality steel framing to ensure structural integrity for the interior spaces.
  • Exterior Sheathing: Enhanced thermal efficiency and weather resistance with advanced sheathing techniques.
