San Francisco, California Streamline Drywall partnered with JM Construction (GC) and Gelfand Partners Architects as a San Francisco–based union contractor on the 2nd and 3rd floor tenant improvement at 615 Grant Avenue — the Chinatown Community Development Center, located in the heart of the city's historic Chinatown corridor. This project reflects San Francisco's continued investment in renewing its existing building stock while creating durable, community-serving spaces that strengthen the character of one of its most enduring neighborhoods. The renovation focused on upgrading interior spaces to meet modern performance and finish standards, improving functionality while respecting the scale and urban context of the surrounding area.
