A family-focused, hands-on leader, Triston sets the standard for Streamline — steady under pressure, disciplined in delivery, and committed to craftsmanship that stands the test of time. His leadership is defined by execution and accountability, showing up in clear communication, consistent follow-through, and a team that takes pride in its work.
Triston played a key role in helping build Streamline on the values that guide his own life — dedication, empathy, and responsibility. That foundation has created a culture with clear expectations, strong support for team members, and an unwavering focus on quality.

Born in Tacoma, Washington and raised in the Bay Area – while speaking both Spanish and English, Triston leads with cultural awareness and connection.
Streamline is committed to building a skilled, reliable workforce from the local community. As a proud member of North Coast States Carpenters Union - Streamline partners with organizations such as CityBuild, the Success Center and Mission Hiring Hall to create meaningful career opportunities and support workforce development.
