San Francisco, California Streamline Drywall partnered with Anning-Johnson Company and Swinerton on Mission Rock – Parcel A, a landmark waterfront development that represents one of San Francisco’s most ambitious efforts to reimagine former industrial land into a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood anchored by housing, workplace environments, public space, and community access along the Bay. Located adjacent to Oracle Park, the Mission Rock development is a key component of the city’s broader vision to activate its shoreline, create inclusive urban neighborhoods, and support sustainable growth through thoughtfully designed, high-density construction. Parcel A serves as an early and highly visible phase of this transformation, setting the standard for quality, coordination, and execution across the district. Operating under a Labor Service Agreement, Streamline supported critical interior and exterior building systems that form the structural and finished backbone of the project. Our team worked in close coordination with project partners to deliver consistent craftsmanship, maintain schedule alignment, and meet the elevated expectations associated with a high-profile waterfront development.
Streamline’s contributions played a key role in delivering the performance, safety, and finish standards required for a development of this scale and civic importance. Mission Rock – Parcel A not only adds housing and commercial space to San Francisco’s urban fabric, but also reflects the city’s continued investment in resilient, well-designed neighborhoods that connect people to place, work, and the waterfront.
