Bayview–Hunters Point, San Francisco Streamline Drywall partnered with Daleys Drywall, and BGI | Nibbi Joint Venture to support the redevelopment of Hunters Point Shipyard Blocks 52–54, a cornerstone project in San Francisco’s long-term effort to transform the Bayview–Hunters Point waterfront into a resilient, mixed-use community. Once a critical center of naval and industrial activity, the Hunters Point Shipyard is being reimagined as a modern neighborhood that expands access to housing, commercial opportunity, and public space while honoring the site’s historical significance. The redevelopment of Blocks 52–54 plays a vital role in advancing the city’s goals for equitable growth, sustainable development, and investment in historically underserved areas.
