San Francisco, California Streamline Drywall partnered with Rubecon Builders Inc. on the SFPUC JOC 83R Cottages project, contributing as a San Francisco–based union contractor to deliver high-quality interior finishes for public utility facilities that support the city’s essential services. The SFPUC Cottages project forms part of San Francisco’s broader investment in resilient, well-maintained infrastructure operated by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). These facilities are designed to support day-to-day operations while meeting durability, safety, and performance standards appropriate for public-sector use. Working within a public works framework, Streamline coordinated closely with project partners to ensure interior systems were installed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with applicable codes and agency requirements.

Scope of Work

  • Interior Light Gauge Metal Stud Framing & Gypsum Board Systems: Installed robust interior framing and gypsum board assemblies to create strong, reliable wall systems designed for long-term use within utility structures.
  • Taping and Finishing: Delivered smooth, professionally finished wall surfaces, supporting both functionality and a clean, well-maintained interior environment.
